Humanity First volunteers serve the community by delivering non-perishable food items to the needy and deserving residents of the York Region, Greater Toronto Area and Windsor, who cannot reach the Food Bank due to transportation, physical mobility or other constraints.
Groceries of upto 2 weeks to one month is provided to families in need without any questions asked. Humanity First also assists clients of shelters, neighbourhood centers, unemployment referrals and referrals from religious centers.
Feed a Family Food Bank also offers the "Feed the Homeless" Program where our volunteers reach out to homeless individuals and delivers hot meals and other food items on special occasions during the year.
