These projects provide training in basic and advanced IT skills and hardware training for which specialists are sent from the UK. Initial reports are encouraging. Several students qualifying from these institutes have already found employment.

A program specifically for ladies has also been initiated. This involves designing and and tailoring of garments. After the completion of this training the individual is provided with a free sewing machine for their use.

In The Gambia, we have set up an educational institute for adults. This is the first such institute established in the country.
